Success in business is too often measured solely by numbers. I believe that by putting people first, the numbers will follow. By listening, asking questions, and being available, I strive to put my customers first by identifying and meeting their needs.

Prior to my career in real estate, I spent over 20 years in retail management and training. The management experience allowed me to develop excellent customer service skills; the training responsibilities provided me with the ability and patience to adapt to my clients' needs as they progress through the complex process of buying or selling a home. These qualities have contributed to my success, enabling me to be a consistent top producer, as well as providing me the honor of being selected by my clients as one of the "Best in Client Satisfaction" Five Star Real Estate Agents for 2004, as seen in "Seattle" and "Northwest Home and Garden" magazines.

A Seattle native, I grew up in that city's Capitol Hill neighborhood.  After briefly living in the North End, I moved to the Burien area.  Since 1987, I have lived in southeast King County surrounded by the Kent, Covington, Maple Valley, Renton, and Auburn communities.  I love the area in which I live, and enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge of the Greater Seattle area with others.
